A variety of the African Butterfly Peacock, this color morph was selected for its striking blues and yellows. The fins, forehead and shoulder area of the Lemon Jake Peacock is bright yellow in color with varying dorsal and tail trim.
Adult Size: 6-7"
Temperament: Mildly aggressive. Displays conspecific aggression during breeding.
Compatibility: Keep with other Peacocks and Haps of a similar size. Avoid keeping with Mbunas.
Suggested Diet: SRC Hi-Intensity color food to promote color development.
I purchased 2-15 packs from ebay, and they sent me 40 instead of 30. Im guessing because thats what I would have gotten had I ordered on their website which I didnt know about.
