The Harptail Blenny is a venomous reef-safe fish known for its golden-yellow body, black dorsal and anal fins, and a distinctive yellow caudal (tail) fin with long streamers, giving it a harp-like appearance. Growing up to 3.9 inches, it is an omnivore that needs ample live rock for grazing and hiding, and should be fed small amounts of varied food multiple times a day. This passive blenny is a good addition to a reef tank, appreciated for its active nature and defense mechanism against potential predators.
