I only gave 3 stars because I was expecting to get a Hellboy with 90-95% red as depicted in the 2 photo examples given.
Instead I received a Hellboy that is only about 40% red. The rest of the Betta is Blue.
So needless to say I am disappointed I didn't get one that was closer looking to the photos provided as that's what made my decision to buy one from this store.
I was also very surprised that there wasn't a heat bag included in the packaging. The water the Betta was in was ice cold.
That being said the Betta even though stressed from the cold water and the overnight trip was alive & is doing well.
On these species we use pictures as example of the types of fish, you never specify any special request on this order, those information are very important so we can ship as close as we can to what you want, that info can be left on NOTES at checkout or by communicating with us by text message on number provided on website, also you never mentioned on your review that you only ordered one betta and I sent 2, second one was a gift for you! As far as heat pack was not needed due to weather be warm enough this week for this type of shipment, sometimes heat packs in this size box and order overheats the fish causing DOA, thanks for your review and update on a healthy arrival
